The CHIPP Story
In partnership with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Phi Psi Omega Chapter as part of “Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood” program initiatives for 2022-2026, under the visionary leadership of International President, Danette Anthony Reed, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Twenty Cultured Pearls Foundation, Incorporated is proud to collaborate and present a significant effort to combat food insecurity through the Empower Our Families - AKA CHIPP initiative.
With the dedicated support and active participation of our members, we have successfully implemented the approved CHIPP (Caring Hearts, Impactful Power Packs) program. This initiative has been a beacon of hope and sustenance for many families facing food insecurity in our local communities.
Impact
We are thrilled to announce that we have distributed over 70 Power Packs, each thoughtfully prepared to provide essential nutrition and support to those in need. These Power Packs are more than just food supplies; they are a testament to our commitment to service, sisterhood, and the betterment of our communities.
